Artist’s Statement:

In the vast expanse of the Australian outback, a tent radiating with light stands as a beacon of human presence amidst an ancient landscape. The soft and warm glow of the tent signifies not just a place of shelter and solace, but a profound connection to the land itself. As the light spills out, it acts as a metaphor for our exploration and understanding of the wilderness that surrounds us. My artwork aims to communicate our innate desire to seek refuge, whilst simultaneously embracing the untamed spirit and raw natural beauty of the Australian outback.
