Woodchopping

The Wood Chopping Competition is one of the most popular and exciting attractions at the Perth Royal Show with events held daily in the Woodchop Arena and Main Arena.

The competition always draws big crowds to enjoy a spectacular display of strength, endurance and skill by the axemen.

With over $40,000 in prize money, a strong contingent of competitors travel locally, nationally and internationally to compete.
