The judging for the 4th Perth Royal Beer Show run by the Royal Agricultural Society of Western Australia will take place at the Claremont Showground commencing on Monday 14 June 2010. Some 246 entries entered in this year’s competition (160 commercial entries and 86 amateur entries) will again highlight the high quality of beers being produced around Australia. Ten trophies will be awarded to commercial beers in categories including best lager and ale draught, stout draft, reduced alcohol and wheat beer. Four trophies will be awarded to commercial beers in categories including larger, ale stout and wheat beer.
Exhibitors are invited to join a mix of industry representatives from around Australia at the Perth Royal Beer Show Awards Presentation Dinner where brewing excellence will be acknowledged. Who will win one of the Special Trophies or the Premier’s Trophy for the Best WA Beer of the Show? This gala dinner will include a delicious three-course meal, matched to selection of premium beers and hosted by Mr Hugh Dunn.

Bookings are essential by Friday 11 June 2010.
A Trade and Exhibitors’ tasting (by invitation only) will take place at the Claremont Showground where beer sellers, wholesalers and Exhibitors will be able to taste a variety of beers both commercial and amateur and talk with the brewers. Exhibitors will be able to discuss their Exhibits with the Judges and other Exhibitors.
