Perth Royal Art Show

The Perth Royal Art Show was established by RASWA in 1974 and it has grown in artistic calibre every year. Many emerging artists have used the competition to launch their careers and go on to make significant contributions to the arts community in WA and nationally. Exhibited works are a popular attraction at the IGA Perth Royal Show and they are available for sale.

Eligibility: All artists residing in Western Australia

Country Artists’ Award

The talent of regional artists will be on display at the IGA Perth Royal Show as those recognised at local competitions vie for the Country Artists’ Award.┬áThe open medium and agricultural/rural themed competition is by invitation to artists selected by an Agricultural Society or approved art group within Western Australia, with a total prize pool of $3,100.

Eligibility: All Agricultural Societies/approved art groups within Western Australia are free to nominate one of their winners into the Country Artists’ Award
